Miami Beach's Normandy Isle and Shore consists of a pair of islands located west of the barrier island and is comprised of single family residences and condominiums. This historic land mass has a canal that separates the two islands and offers more waterfront Normandy Isle real estate should you opt for a home on the southern end of one island and the northern end of the other.
A number of the Normandy Island homes for sale are indeed waterfront lots with stunning views of Downtown and Miami Beach while some of the other homes flank the historic Normandy Isles Golf Course, which was a frequent hangout for singer and film actor Frank Sinatra. Normandy Isles also has a town center and there is a farmers market open on weekends. Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, the sunny sands of Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, all of these places are near Normandy Isle. There is also a roadway that will lead you directly to Miami to the west.
