Julian is a licensed realtor based in South Florida, with expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. He believes that every decision, no matter how big or small, is important in the real estate transaction process. Julian was born and raised in Miami Beach and has been working in real estate since 2018. He has a solid understanding of properties in Miami, South Florida, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Julian majored in and graduated from the Real Estate Program at Florida State University, which is one of the oldest and top-rated real estate programs in the nation. He now uses his Real Estate degree and work experience to help his clients buy, sell or lease properties.

After graduation, Julian worked in real estate investment sales and at a family-owned real estate investment company. He focused on the acquisition, construction, and asset management of over 500,000 square feet of properties. Julian has experience in underwriting properties, interpreting market trends, and navigating capital markets to meet his clients’ specific needs. He also managed construction projects from pre-construction services to project close-outs. On the asset management front, Julian assisted with legal matters by conducting property-related due diligence and resolving municipal property violations.
