About Andrew Holtz
Andrew lives by a simple creed—the harder you work, the luckier you become. Highly motivated and eager to further his real estate career, Andrew focuses on selling/leasing luxurious condos in the Midtown, Brickell, and Edgewater areas of Miami. Born and raised in Miami Beach, he has a deep understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the properties around South Florida. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Sport Management and Political Science, and he has previously worked as a professional basketball scout for the Maccabi Haifa Basketball Club and as a toy sales executive for Maccabi, LLC.
While working for Maccabi Haifa, Andrew was essential to building the team’s roster and personnel for 3 seasons and helped lead the organization to a championship title in 2019. Andrew showed a keen eye for finding players with unique talent, intangibles, and skill sets and always demonstrated a great work ethic while exhibiting the qualities of a leader. As a sales executive, he provided a myriad of ways to better market the companies’ products and attract buyers during his sales presentations. Andrew helped strengthen Maccabi’s brand recognition while toy conglomerates such as Lego, Hasbro, and Mattel began to take notice. From these experiences, Andrew is able to translate his keen eye to help find the perfect properties for his buyers and use his sales prowess to market homes for his sellers.
Andrew is also very well-traveled. Fluent in Spanish, he has visited over 23 countries around the world, but he enjoys spending most of his time by the serene waters of Biscayne Bay. He is a member of La Gorce Country Club and is an avid fan of Miami-based sports teams. You can find him volunteering around the community with organizations like Jackson Health Foundation’s Guardian Angels, Diabetes Research Institute, and Holtz Children’s Hospital.
Andrew’s unique work experience and background in sales and marketing, has given him the necessary tools to thrive in the real estate business. Andrew knows how to make connections, is extremely personable, and looks forward to helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.
