A Wisconsin native, Nancy boasts an unbridled Midwestern work ethic. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin and soon launched her real estate there before moving to Miami Beach in 1984. Here, she became a licensed yacht broker and founded and later sold Florida Yacht Charters & Sales on Biscayne Bay. She also earned her real estate license, and soon had a dual career selling yachts and homes on referral.
In 1999, Nancy moved to Aspen, Colorado. She became established with Carol Dopkin Real Estate, the leading broker for vacation homes, ranches and business opportunities. In the early 2000s, Nancy returned to Miami Beach; she, husband, Jon and their two children today live in a waterfront home in Miami Beach. She still maintains her Colorado broker’s license and sells upscale properties upon referral.
Along the way, Nancy has established herself as a full-service professional offering a seamless, stress-free transaction. She manages every detail of each client’s entire real estate experience.
