About Elias Palacios

Astute, accomplished and assertive, Elias is a true professional that is passionate about real estate and architecture. Born in Gainesville, Florida, he moved to Caracas, Venezuela at 2 years old. At 12, he relocated back to the United States with his family, settling down in Weston, Florida. In 2010, he relocated to Miami, where he has enjoyed taking in all of the culture, entertainment, dining, and exciting social scenes that the city has to offer.

Straddling the culture of two countries, Elias has a unique understanding of today’s global economy and what local and international consumers are looking for in a real estate experience. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business from Florida International University, he is an expert in sales and contract negotiations. His business-savvy mindset coupled with his immense knowledge of South Florida’s best hotspots makes Elias an excellent resource for those looking to buy or sell a home. He has represented international customers from across the globe and has been a pivotal addition to The Nancy Batchelor Team. His areas of expertise include Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Brickell, Miami’s Upper East Side, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables, as well as pre-construction opportunities.

When not practicing real estate Elias enjoys engaging in an active lifestyle and spending time with family. Since childhood he has enjoyed playing a variety of sports, including soccer and basketball. On a particularly gorgeous Miami day you may find him practicing his swing at one of the area’s several world-renowned golf courses. He’s an avid fan of the sports teams FC Barcelona, the Miami Heat, and the Miami Dolphins. Elias feels confident in his ability to assist a wide range of clients, and has key industry connections that can vouch for his real estate expertise. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and believes the key to any relationship is honest communication. Let me start by saying that Elias is an excellent and professional real estate agent. His many years of experience were evident throughout the negotiating process. He went far and beyond my expectations negotiating a better deal than I requested. We targeted  a particular floorplan in a building  and he delivered the task at hand. Despite the many obstacles during the closing process he always kept me at ease and found the right solution. Undoubtedly the best real estate experience I’ve had in a real estate transaction. I would recommend Elias Palacios to my friends and family without a doubt. Elias Palasios assisted us with choosing the property for rent for our upcoming winter stay in Miami. As foreigners, we were not familiar with the property market in Miami, however, Elias put his best effort to guide us remotely through the selection and legal processes step by step.
